Moose's Story...
N/M, Approx. 10 Months, Bullmastiff/Labrador Mix, Approx. 70 lbs.

Hey-Dee-Ho!! How are you all doing out there?? I myself am feeling
mighty FINE! As my picture may show, I'm a big, strong, friendly,
exuberant guy! Life is my oyster, and I can't wait to experience all
that this great world has to offer! I'm such a sweet boy who is curious
and extremely happy. I love everyone, and everyone loves me. (What's
NOT to love?) I am great around children, but may accidentally knock
over a little one because I just don't realize how big and strong I am.
A good dose of Beginner Dog Training would be just the ticket for me! I
will thrive in a family where there's lots of love, exercise, and
consistent and positive training. I just need to learn how to direct
all of my exuberance for life! I'm so smart, and so ready to learn!
(I've already mastered the "house-breaking" thing!) Care to meet me?
GREAT! Care to take me for a walk? WONDERFUL! Just remember to eat a
hearty breakfast beforehand. MaxFund volunteers are working with my
leash manners (pulling and jumping) and I'm making great progress, but I
still need just a bit of patience. I'm a giant puppy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moose, a Denver Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever for sale in Denver, or seeking a Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
