My story

Hi! My name is Delilah and I am the sweetest little girl. I was rescued from a shelter in Albertville, AL and am staying with my foster mom. I think I'm 7 months old and still act like a puppy every now and then. I weigh about 35 pounds and they don't think I'm going to get much bigger. I have quite the figure. I'm short and squatty and my foster mom giggles sometimes just looking at me. She loves me a whole lot but she can't keep me. I get along great with her 2 dogs and cat. I like to be around kids too. I prefer a slow introduction to new dogs as I can get overwhelmed with too much activity. I tend to get along with more dominant dogs but I can adjust to any personality. I've almost got the potty training down but I still have accidents every now and then but I get better every day. My foster mom tells me that I'm very smart. I love to go on walks and watch the squirrels. I love people! I want to be around them and give them kisses. I'm a cuddle bug and I promise you'll never wake up in a bad mood again! I have pretty low energy for a puppy but I still love to act silly and play with my furry friends. I just want to be in a home where I can be loved and I would really like to have a playmate. Am I the dog for you?? You won't be disappointed, I promise!!!
