My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Leyla is a real lovebug regardless of her tough past. She is a Congo African Grey in her 20s and has been in at least 3 homes during her lifetime. She was exposed to cigarette smoke daily and was on a diet that was sized for cockatiels and was extremely skinny. To say the least, she was stressed. She has been weaned off of nicotine under the care of our vet and has been put on a better quality diet with an added weight gain vitamin to help her weight. She is well on the way to a happy, healthy life. Leyla could use a home that would love her unconditionally and continue her down the path to a full recovery.
