My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yippee Ki O Ki Yay!!! Abbot is ready to take on the world. His size is small but his appetite to explore is enormous. He will lead you on the most wonderful adventures and you will be sure to have a smile on your face. This little boy is so full of life and energy that he will fit into just about any household. He loves food and treats which makes him a great candidate for training and learning new tricks. Show him where the treats are kept and he will convince you that he just has to have another one. Always looking around the next corner for that new adventure or experience Abbot will need a family that is ready to go exploring. Don't let his size fool you, he loves to go for long walks. A committed family that shows him lots of love will be in for the best reward ever. A companion for life.

Abbot has impeccable house manners and will bark at the door when needing to go out. Abbot loves attention but not the biggest snuggler. He would rather enjoy you time together by playing with toys or long walks. Oh and a nice patch of green grass is a bonus in Abbots book. He takes advantage of these areas when he can and loves to take a nice roll in them. Could you be our Abbot's Costello? Fill out an application for him today - www.azrescue.org.

Abbot weighed 11.9 pound when we rescued him.
