Rosie's Story...
We have a precious litter of 5 week, Lab mix puppies. There are 3 males and 2 females. The mother is a yellow lab mix and the father is a medium size, somewhat fluffy dog. I'm not certain about his breed. These babies are darling and very sweet. They are great with other dogs and will be great for a family with children. They came to our rescue when the family who owns the parents asked for help. We will be spaying and neutering the parents and finding wonderful homes for the puppies. Before adoption, the babies will be receive 2 rounds of puppy shots, a Bordetella vaccine, and health/fecal exam. We also start our puppies on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. If interested, email
Include your phone number and someone will call you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Glastonbury Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
