My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mia is a senior looking for a great place to retire. She enjoys conversations with friends, seeing photos of the grandchildren, watching a little TV, and keeping up with the neighborhood gossip. Although she can't read herself, she'd happily provide company for an avid reader.

We found this quiet 11 year-old at County, where she was at risk of euthanasia. She'll make a great companion for members of a quiet household, including well-behaved dogs and cats who have outgrown kitten shenanigans.

Expect Mia to hide in your home for a couple of days before settling into her new routine. She doesn't appear to have been abused, but she is grieving for the loss of her former life. Her adopter will need to be patient and willing to let Mia adjust on her own timeline.
