Roscoe is one lucky pup! A kind hearted woman found him in the middle of a very busy road in South Florida. She scooped him up and we have been unable to find his owners. For now, he is living the life as a much-loved foster dog. His foster mom says that he is a cute, little guy. Short and very friendly, just looking for his forever home.
