Bernadette is a female Shepherd/Chow mix puppy only 5 months old. Her current weight is 20 pounds and her adult weight is estimated to be 40-50 pounds. Bernadette has a puffy, long black coat with brown undertones. She resembles a baby bear, round, furry, with stocky legs and a sturdy body. She has beautiful unique eyes - one amber and one sea green. Bernadette is a jolly young pup who gets along very well with other dogs. She loves to play and is very appropriate and merry when enticing other dogs to play with her. She would thrive in a home where there is another dog she can pal around with. Bernadette is a smart girl, attentive and curious, catching on to the ways of the household quickly. She is a good eater, healthy and robust. She adores treats and is the first one in line for a tasty tidbit. She is good with children, especially if they have a fun toy to share. Bernadette is somewhat shy and reserved around people she doesn't know and will be a loyal, devoted pet to those she bonds with and trusts. She is puppy pad/paper trained and has just started to learn how to walk on leash. She rides very well in the car. Bernadette was brought in to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where we rescued her. She is ready for her new forever home today!
Bernadette’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Bernadette is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Mary, Jerry and Holly and is ready for her forever home.
