LOOK AT ME NOW!!!!! I'VE BEEN ADOPTED!!!
After a very grueling life as a puppy mill dog for 6 years the only life I knew was living in bad conditions. I was forced to have 2 litters of pups a year, with lousy food, no dental care, grooming or vetting.
Well now as you can see I'm going to be a princess. My new mom and dad have waited for over a week to be able to adopt me.
I had to have 4 teeth removed, shots, grooming and spayed. .
My new parents are so grateful to Westie Rescue of North Texas and my foster mom for helping me to get well enough for my new pampered life.

My name is Blair. I'm about 6 years. I ended up in a shelter far away with two other 2 year old Westies, Alina and Collin. I think they are my puppies. A nice lady drove us halfway to meet WRNT.
I don't know about shelters, baths or grooming. We were left pretty much alone. We were all matted and dirty with lots of fleas. I had several broken teeth, hookworms and an UTI. I weighed 19 pounds. Look at our pictures just after getting to Westie Rescue of North Texas. Collin is on the left, me in the middle and Alina on the right. The second pictures has me smiling with Collin, it's great to be loved. The last picture is me, on left and Alina after grooming.
Everyone has been so sweet. Even though we were dirty we got to ride in laps and look out windows. Who knew dogs got treated so good. I have been spayed and had lots of dental work done. We got great treatment a Fur Friends in McKinney. We all got baths.........oh, it feels so good. I was so matted they had to shave me down. I feel so much better, no fleas too!
I am a super sweet little girl. I have a great disposition. I get alone with other dogs and did really well at the vet and the groomers. I am looking forward to starting a new life. Don't you want to adopt me?
