My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi. My name is Maxine. I know I don't look like your typical Boston Terrier. I'm here because I just don't know where I came from. I found my foster parents by sheer luck and they are helping me find my furever home. They foster for Boston Terrier Rescue of South Carolina, so the rescue is helping me too.

I don't know what breed I am but I think I may have relatives who are dobermans.The vet says I'm about 14 weeks old as of June 16th and at that time I weighed 22 pounds. I've been spayed and had all my shots and a microchip in case I get lost.

I'm learning about not going potty in the house, but I'm not perfect yet. I'm also learning to stay in a kennel when necessary. I don't love it, but I'm learning that it's not that bad. I live with dogs, cats and chickens and I love every one of them. In fact, I pretty much love everyone. Last weekend, I went to the downtown market with my foster parents and I got to play in the fountain with a bunch of little kids. It was SO MUCH FUN!
