My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Winter: 12 mth old black & rust female, undocked tail and uncropped ears. 7", 14 lb. Owner give-up.
Winter is obviously mixed with Dachshund. She is a beautiful black & rust girl with a dark muzzle, folded ears, and a natural tail. She just loves loves loves belly rubs & back scratches. She wants to be your little shadow keeping track of your daily activity and sitting in any open lap available. She is successfully going potty outside as long as you keep her on a schedule. She crates well and likes chew toys. She came into rescue with her sister "Autumn" and is available for adoption with her as a pair or by herself. Winter will be available for adoption when she is done nursing puppies & spayed, probably late August. Please consider reserving her (and possibly Autumn) now.
Note: we prefer not to fly this girl.
