Paige's Calico Kitten's Story...
This is Paige's adorable little calico kitten. She has such unique markings, looks like a cross between a calico and a tortoiseshell. Paige had 4 kittens on May 21st 2014. The kittens are 6 weeks old in these photos. Paige had 3 boys and 1 girl. A solid white boy, a buff colored boy, and an orange tabby boy. Her girl is a pretty little calico with unique markings. Peaches and her sister Paige were both pregnant at the same time and had all their kittens (4 each) in a foster home. So all the kittens have been very well socialized. They have been around people, adult cats and dogs their entire lives. Which is great because they will fit into any household. They are all very friendly and love to play and have fun! You can pick each one up and hold them, they are not afraid and love to socialize. Check out their little video and choose your kitten now!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paige's Calico Kitten, a Marseilles Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marseilles, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Marseilles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marseilles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marseilles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marseilles paves the way for another one to be saved.
