Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Marvelous Emmitt! This amazing boy was rescued out of high kill Murray County at the end of last year only to sit in boarding for months waiting for his forever home! Emmitt's rescuer couldn't find him a home because soon after pulling him, she became ill and couldn't help the dogs any longer...so the RAIN girls stepped in to take over! Right away we got him into foster, got him to the vet and the trainer and put him on the transport list to ship out of the south! So he'll be headed to Seattle August 2nd. You will not want to miss out on this great boy! He's energetic enough for a daily run or fast walk...and he would love some agility or tricks! But he also is smart enough to get his training, to listen to you and to want to please you. He'll make a splendid companion as he is even tempered and he responds well to direction. Emmitt is good with other dogs, but a little too energetic for kitties that run from him. He is good with kids and people of all shapes and sizes! Emmitt is good on the leash and excellent in his crate. He is quiet and calm in the house but ready to go when you grab his leash. This boy has been through so much that he is totally appreciative of anything and everything you do for him! Emmitt is two years old and weighs about 50lbs. He loves to jump in the water, but needs alittle more work on his doggie paddle as we found out in Pam's pool! He'll be an excellent exercise and adventure partner and a great family dog! Emmitt is crate trained and house trained; also neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. To be the first to meet this cool bully boy, please apply online at www.raincityrescue.com . His adoption fee is $400 and for any questions please email Pam at raincityrescue@gmail.com. Emmitt has it all, looks, smarts and energy for a great life with you!
