My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

7 year old female, no apartments, $175 adoption fee

Hikaru is an incredibly sweet and affection lady. She is more reserved with men than women initially, but once she gets to know someone, cuddling and sitting in their lap are her favorite things. She is good with both dogs and cats and recently started to play a little with the other dog in her foster home.

Hikaru is scared of new and loud noises, especially on her walks; if spooked while walking, she may stop and refuse to walk further. She really, really doesn't like to potty on leash so at this time, Hikaru would do best in a home with a fenced-in yard. Her current foster home has very short, mesh-type fencing and Hikaru has made no attempts to escape. She would do best in a calmer, settled home.

Hikaru's adoption fee is $175 which includes her spay, microchip, vaccinations, de-worming and a dental.
