My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Atlas is a 2 year old pit bull / mastiff mix. He is a big boy, at about 105 lbs. He is a VERY sweet boy who wants nothing more than to find his forever home and a permanent cuddle buddy. He is a bit of a couch potato, but he does love hiking and going for long walks. He has done very well with basic obedience training and walks well on-leash. He has also received his canine good citizenship award from the AKC Atlas would do best in a home with children over 10- merely because of his size though. He does love children. Experience with large breed dogs is necessary. Continuing his training regimen is very important- as it is with all large breeds. He is up to date on shots-neutered, micro-chipped and had monthly doses of Heartguard and flea/tick prevention. He is currently in the process of being crate-trained as it will be a benefit with his future training and forever home.
