Hello, my name is Tamina. I am a beautiful American Eskimo x, I weigh in around 30lbs and I am about 2 years old and finished growing. I have a luxurious white fluffy coat that does need to be brushed often, you know it's time when you start finding little balls of fluff on the ground. The brushing helps to minimize the amount I shed. I am very shy at first, it takes me some time to build up trust with people. I find it easier to adjust if there is another dog around to offer me some friendly encouragement and help show me that everything is ok. My favourite place to be is outside. I like to play tag with my foster sister, and I also like to dig holes even though I know I'm not supposed to! I have recently been learning what a leash is, it was pretty scary at first but I am learning quickly and starting to enjoy it. I also prefer to sleep in my x-pen with my special fuzzy blankey, that way I get to snuggle up and keep an eye on everything all at the same time. Some loud noises still scare me, so I think I would do best in a home with no kids, or kids that are older and understand my fear! If I come up and lick your hand or your toes it's my way of showing you that your all right in my books. I am a really friendly girl and would love to have a place to finally call my own, all I ask of you is that you give me your unconditional love and a lot of patience. I have come a long way from where I was when I came to new hope and I look forward to my future with my forever home!
