Honey *Sweet As Daisies*'s Story...
Honey has had a very rough start in life. She was rescued from a high kill shelter in GA. She was found as a stray severely emaciated with her ribs sticking out and deep open wounds on her body. We do not know what all happened to her, however, as soon as we saw her, we knew we had to rescue her. Look at that gorgeous face, how could we not?

Honey has made a miraculous recovery during her time with foster. You would never know she had been in the state she was found in. Can you open your heart and home to this beautiful deserving girl?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey *Sweet As Daisies*, a Kittery Boxer/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Bulldog for sale in Kittery, or seeking a Boxer/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Kittery.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kittery already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kittery breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Bulldog breeders who help with Boxer/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kittery paves the way for another one to be saved.
