My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, my name is Barlow and I am an 8 year old full-figured pug. I live with my human foster family and my foster brother, Rex. My foster mom likes to rub my belly and chant "Pork n Beans". I'm not sure what that is all about, but I'm not going to argue when belly rubs are involved. I enjoy... did you just make a move towards the kitchen?!? No? Ok. Just checking. I enjoy eating and alternating sleeping locations between the cool tiles and my big fluffy bed. My foster mom says that snoring is my specialty. I also like to go out and watch my foster mom tend to the lawn. I am a professional observer of weed-pulling. My hours are 8-8:15 (am or pm, it doesn't matter to me) and my office is located in the shade. I have a few toys that I like to... you moved! Were you thinking about going to the kitchen?!? No? Ok. Just checking. As I was saying, I like to play with my squeaky toys for about 60 seconds at a time. It is exhausting, but I have to keep my mouth in shape for eating. Don't worry, I will remind you when meal time is by showing you the way to the kitchen. Sometimes I even try to speak human to tell you when it's time to eat. I ride well in the car, but Signe says I need to be extra careful about not overheating. I also try to speak human if it looks like you might be trying to exit the car without me. I am potty and crate trained and ready to find the right family to feed... um, I mean ADOPT me.
