Meet Archie, he's a very handsome 1 year old hound something mix. Not sure what the something is, maybe beagle maybe lab but no matter what the mix is he's a very unique looking fellow who's very friendly. He currently weighs about 45 pounds but could get a little larger due to his young age so he could be medium to large when fully grown. Archie like most hounds wants to follow his nose so a close eye on him will be necessary to keep him safe. He likes to jump up to say "Hello" and give kisses so he would benefit from some doggy school to teach him some basic commands. I feel Archie is really going to make some person or family a very nice canine companion and even a friend for another canine in the home as he gets along well with other dogs. update: After having Archie just a few short days now I have found him to be a wonderful dog. He is friendly, gets along well with other dogs and very beautiful. He has one of the most unique looks that I have ever seen and he also appears to be housetrained. He likes to run and play in the yard but then comes in the house and settles down nice. I feel Archie would be a very nice pet for persons or families of all ages. Archie loves children. When my grandchildren are here, he's right in their laps and sleeping with them. He has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccines.
