My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little cutie is named Carter. Carter is a pint sized little dog at approx 15 lbs. He is at his fully size and weight and is about 12 months old. As far as his breed goes, we are considering him a Peekapom. He has always appeared as a smaller puppy following along behind his mom. The owners wanted to keep the mom, but Carter was given up to our rescue to find him a good home. Otherwise, he was going to get run over by a car as he roamed the streets locally.
Carter appears to be a little shy guy, but is oh such a love bug. He loves for you to pick him up and snuggle him. Being the smaller size that he is, he would be a great companion dog or lap dog for something who wants the unconditional love of a smaller dog. Carter has been used to being inside the house and is for the most part house trained, but he also loves the outdoors. Is very loving and affectionate and a great dog for one on one time. Carter would be ready to transport by August 1. More photos available.
