Here's what the humans have to say about me:
When this little girl first arrived at our rescue she was in desperate need of attention. Skin and bones, nearly hairless, and her eyes told the story of sadness and neglect. We all agreed that we had to have "faith" that this little girl was going to respond to our TLC and that she would be come the swan that she should be. So we named her Faith and true to our hopes, she has emerged as a swan. Faith is a female, Dachshund mix. She was found struggling on her own along a county road. The local animal control officer was called to pick her up. Hardly able to resist, she came to our rescue and is now ready to go to her foster home. She will complete her vetting by mid August and be ready to go onto her new forever home after that.
Faith is one of the gentlest souls ever. Very submissive and without an aggressive bone in her tiny little body, she is a favorite playmate of many of the dogs in our rescue. Great with dogs large and small, cats, and good with people large and small as well. Loves to be picked up and snuggled and would be the perfect dog for an apartment or condo. Requires very little attention, but thrives on all the affection she can get. More photos of this little girl available.
