Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Teeny little Buddy is now 12 weeks old (as of early July) and he could not be cuter! He is already learning how to use the doggy door like a champ, and is learning “sit” and other commands. We have no idea about his mix but his mom is a 10 lb fluffy mixed breed cutie (maybe a Shih Tzu mix). We are thinking his dad could be a beagle. He is the baby of sweet Bella, she is such a good mama to him. The rescuers wouldn’t ever have found Buddy if Bella hadn’t popped out of a pile of leaves that she had used to make a shelter for the two of them. Her back was to a chain link fence and and they were living there until she saw a human she thought was trustworthy – lucky for them she guessed right! They were both rescued and they are thriving. Buddy is such a character! He is still under 10 lbs!
To apply to adopt this dog, please visit our web site to access our application and learn more about adoption through Lucky Pup Rescue, www.luckypuprescue.org, or request an application via email, luckypuprescue@yahoo.com.
Please note, we do not have a physical location, but we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.
