Frida's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Frida's Story...
Frida is a cute little black lab mix pup. She and her siblings came into rescue when a farmer had too many pups on his hands and unspayed mama dogs running around. Mama's have been spayed and now the babies are as well so they're ready for new homes! Frida is about 3 months old and loves cats, dogs and people too! She's very social and outgoing. She has a little bare spot on top of her head that is growing back hair....she got some pine sap stuck on there and in the process of trying to get it out it was easier to shave it out. Pretty soon you wont even notice it. She's ready to come to her new home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frida, a Hagerstown Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
