My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jacob and Hershey recent arrived at WBCR when their owner became terminally ill. These 10 year old littermates were obviously well loved and cared for and are in great health. Both are sweet as the day is long, mellow, and have wonderful manners.

Jacob is the more affectionate and cuddly of the two; Hershey is more laid back. Like many BCs, these two are afraid of thunder and fireworks – Jacob more so. Both came in a little overweight but are quickly shedding the pounds in their foster home. They love going for walks and when Jake and Hershey are walked together they will wag their tails in sync - so cute! Although it would be wonderful to place these two together, in the right circumstances they could be re-homed separately.

If you are looking for a lovely mellower, non demanding and gracious BC who is just a joy to be around, Jacob or Hershey – or both! – may be just what you are looking for.

Jake and Hershey are spayed and neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and living in a loving foster home near Fort Collins, CO
