Wilson's Story...
Looking for a big man in your life? Then I may be just what you are looking for!

My name is Wilson and I am an all-black Miniature Schnauzer.
I’m about 3 years old, weight close to 20 pounds and am highly trainable.

I would do best in a home with Schnauzer experience, no children and a pack leader. I have actually been through the Prison Dog Training Program and excel in obedience. I am able to sit, stay, down, and come. I am very curious and love to explore new places. Even though I am 100% Schnauzer, I am rather quite.

I am potty trained, don’t mark in the house and don’t mind going into a crate. I know when it’s bed time and will settle right down. I love to play with other dogs as long as they are my size or smaller. Big dogs make me nervous and I don’t like having them around. Also, all trashcans in the house will need to have lids as I like to get into the trash.

What I really need is a job. If you want to get into Rally, Fly Ball, Earthdog or Agility training, I think I would be awesome and we would have a lot of fun together!

I am up to date with all shots, clean teeth and freshly groomed. I also have a microchip!

I am being fostered by Cate in Dublin OH

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wilson, a Sharonville Miniature Schnauzer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer for sale in Sharonville, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer dog from a breeder in Sharonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sharonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sharonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sharonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
