My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GLWR welcomes Farley to rescue. After 8 years of living in a breeding facility Farley is finding out that life can be full of toys and fun, running and resting in the sun, getting treats and learning to love. Farley has just turned 9 and is a very affectionate little guy and does well with people, other dogs, and shows only passing interest in cats. Farley is doing very well with walking on leash and keeps his crate immaculately clean. With proper supervision he is also doing well with house training. Did we mention he likes to be held and gives chin kisses?

If you would like more information on FARLEY please contact GLWR at westierescue@mchsi.com or submit an application at www.glwrescue.org.

*Please familiarize yourself with the Westie breed to be certain these terriers are a good match for your family. Westies are "indoor" pets.
*We do not ship Westies. Transport options are available.
*Adopters should understand that our Westies come from varied, and sometimes difficult, backgrounds and will need an adjustment period to settle into their new home.
*Additional training may be required and is always recommended.
*GLWR, Inc. requires a completed application ( available online at www.glwrescue.org ), personal references, a vet reference, and a home visit.
*GLWR is an all volunteer non-profit corporation, an adoption donation of $300.00 helps support our rescue program.
