Hi there. My name is Violet. I am about 10 weeks old and I weigh about 15 lbs. I will likely mature at 65+ lbs.
I need a good home that will train me to help me become the best dog I can possibly be.
I am a puppy, so I still need house training as well as basic commands and obedience taught to me. I am a typical spitz typed dog. I am mouthy and heard headed. I don't like being kept confined to crates or the kennel. I want to be with my people. I love people and want to be with them all the time. I need a home that will be firm but very loving. Training at a young age is a must for me, otherwise I will be an unruly, uncontrollable dog when I grow up.
If you have a loving home and the time and patience to train me, please consider adopting me. I am going to turn out to be a great puppy.
I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER JULY 15, 2014.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY SPAY SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
