Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Tuffy and I got my name because when I left the shelter I had a hard time getting around. You see, I couldn't walk on my left back leg. The first thing my foster parent did was take me to the Vet for a checkup. I was afraid I might lose my leg, but the pain was really bad. The bad news was that I had an injury/infection to my paw, but the good news is the Vet could fix me by only removing my two middle toes.
My life is so great now, except every day I wish for a forever home. I don't understand why I was left at the shelter since I am still pretty young - born November 2005 - and I have lots of living and loving to offer a family. I like to sit in laps and will show affection by giving you a lick bath on your hand. Sometimes when I am giving licks, I get a little excited and give love nips, too. I don't mean to hurt, I am just so happy to have all the attention and love. If you give me chance, I will repay you will years of love and devotion.
