George & Jerry's Story...
2 years old, young male cats - bonded pair!
Meet George & Jerry, the best of friends! They are each 2 years old, a bonded pair of brothers, & previously lived with young children. Currently they are in foster care with a lively dog & other cats. These handsome tabby's are laid-back, easy-going, sweet, and just adorable.

George and Jerry love to just hang out, look out the window, snuggle, play, and great at amusing themselves. These brothers are very attached to each other and depend on each other. Jerry has the white nose and neck and is more confident and outgoing. George is the classic tabby and he can be a little shy at first, but is incredibly sweet and affectionate. They would do wonderfully in a home with children, other pets, or in a quiet household.

George and Jerry were previously fostered through ACCT as kittens and adopted out. Their adopter returned them two years later to their same foster parent - their adopter was getting married and her fiance was allergic to them. Now George and Jerry are back in their original foster home under The Philly Kitty Rescue and are searching for their real forever home!

George and Jerry are part of our Adopt One Cat, Get The Other Free Promo! They are a bonded pair and MUST be adopted together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

George & Jerry, a Cheltenham Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Cheltenham, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Cheltenham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cheltenham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cheltenham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cheltenham paves the way for another one to be saved.
