My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonnie: 3 yr old, black & tan spayed female, natural ears and docked tail, 12”, 12 lbs, shots up to date, micro-chipped, rescued from shelter.

Introducing - Bonnie! Bonnie is a very happy, well adjusted girl who is friendly with everyone where ever she goes. She has such a bubbly way about her that exudes happiness all the time. She is naturally curious about everything and loves to be on the go, so an active family would be best for her. Bonnie is a big love and a cuddle bug who loves to sleep with you snuggled tightly up against you or just under your arms. She is not a digger, sleeps well in her crate and loves her walks but will need just a bit more training. Bonnie is smart, comical and definitely a beautiful sight to look at. She is past that puppy chewing stage but still retains some of her puppy energy, and given the right forever home, I’m sure she would settle right down and calm down a little more since she has been through an ordeal already and uncertain of all the changes in her life.

This girl is so smart, she learned the doggy door in just two days and now runs through them all like a raining champ, so no accidents from her. She loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home and especially, tug-o-war. She also loves long car rides and is an excellent rider outside the crate! She still remains cautious with new strangers but warms up rather quickly. Bonnie enjoys lots of hugging and kissing and will reciprocate if you let her. Give this girl, lots of love, cuddles, hugs and kisses and she’ll be yours forever and will be totally devoted to you. We do not recommend children under the age of 10 to be left alone with her unless the child is respectful of all the dogs boundaries.

Note: Bonnie is located in Santa Cruz, CA - and we will not fly this girl.
