Chester is a sweet 1-3 yr old Beagle who weighs about 25 lbs. He is a typical beagle in many ways - great sniffer, pulls you everywhere, greats you with the zest of life every second of the day.... he loves to play and walk and interact and be busy busy busy! Chester is very strong and stubborn, and we think he would do best in a home with out small children (at least until he matures).
Chester is very very food motivated. He is eager to learn. He always wants to keep busy. He is great with other dogs and loves to play. He has been around cats, and while he will not hurt them, he will bother them incessantly.
While Chester loves having fun with human men, he can get a little snarky if they try to take away his toys or food! So he will need a home with a savvy adult male, who will work on winning Chester's trust in sharing. Aside from sharing treats and toys, Chester loves men and will shower them in cuddles and love. He doesn't seem to take issues with females taking "his" things or disciplining him.
