~About Me~
I am a comedian in a dogs body, Sweet, affectionate, playful, I have a wonderful spirit and energy. I was pretty skinny and full of sores upon arrival to POET but I am packing on the pounds and loving my foster family to pieces. I would do well in an active family that wants to engage me in cuddles, take me for walks and make me an active member of their family. I love to be groomed and am not fearful of tubs or the hair dryer. I am not a big barker. I know some basic commands, loves to cuddle, snuggle and get loved on. I am a sensitive boy who deserves the perfect family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Franco, a Garden City Italian Spinone dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Spinone for sale in Garden City, or seeking a Italian Spinone dog from a breeder in Garden City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Garden City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Garden City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Spinone breeders who help with Italian Spinone rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Garden City paves the way for another one to be saved.
