Roscoe is Mr. Personality Plus. He is about 7 years old and weighs 14 pounds. He is a friendly and happy boy and gets along with dogs and cats. He loves people, and will greet you at the door and try to talk to you! Roscoe likes to go for walks in the neighborhood and then relax in a lap and watch TV. His adoption fee is $110, and he is neutered, up to date on shots, and has tested negative for heart worms.
