Majii is an adult (born 12-15-10) female, spayed Akita. She is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, house trained, crate trained, and leash trained.

Majii and Gatti were surrendered to rescue after their family went through a divorce and could no longer care for them. Majii began losing her sight in January of 2014 due to VKH, an auto-immune disease, but it doesn't slow her down! Majii has lived with cats, small dogs, kids, and other Akitas. She is best friends with Gatti, but we feel that she could bond with another male dog. Majii would prefer a home with the right male dog to show her the ropes and be a playmate.
