Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Millie is a 4 yr old Mini Great Dane mix(small stature less than 60lbs) that was saved from animal control. She had been spayed, chipped, and vaccinated. She would be best suited in a home with no others pets as other animals make her uncomfortable to the point she feels she needs to protect herself. She is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She is great with all people and housebroken. This poor girl belonged and was loved at some point. She is looking for forever home. She is a cuddle bug and just wants to be loved.
This is from her foster Mom:
Millie is such a sweet, loving dog with a huge personality! She loves to play fetch with her toy octopus, or take a long naps at your feet. She is the perfect companion for relaxed walks, as she walks loose leash beside you.
She has such a playful, happy demeanor. After each long nap (in which she makes long sighs and little sounds of enjoyment) she wakes up extremely happy to see you, with wagging tail and rolling around on her back while wiggling her legs in the air - it really is something to see!
She is extremely smart, and learns very quickly. She knows commands of sit, lie down and no. If you call her to come to you, she will come immediately. She is submissive and will willingly roll onto her back, showing her stomach - which conveniently, she loves to have scratched!
She loves to play with children - she tends to do her leg wiggling, back rolling the most when she plays with them, especially if they are throwing her octopus for her.
She is perfectly house trained and will always ask to go out when needed - sometimes by giving you a little sound, sometimes she will sit at the door and wait for you.
She really loves to sleep in her bed at night, when it is in the same room as you. When she loves her person, she loves them whole heartedly with all she's got! More than anything, that is what she wants, to be loved with all you have got!
Millie comes complete with her own brand new accessories! Her collar, lead, harness (for those relaxing walks), her bed, bowls and toys- so no need for any extra expense - oh and some of her favorite food - which does induce a long, hard nap filled with those little sounds and comfortable sigh
