Hike a Houlagan

Rescued as an expectant mother, Elsa had her babies, regained her figure, been spayed, and settled into life at the kennel. She cannot abide a crate - no doubt a remembrance of things past (sorry, Proust), but she loves people and craves a gentle hand.

We took Elsa to hike. She rested alone in the back of an air conditioned car and soaked up the attention - so the issue is a crate, not small spaces. We're seeing what a great dog Elsa really is!

Elsa is about 3-4 years old (at 8/31/16).
