My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Murphy is a very sweet, gentle ten year old boy whose family decided to allow him to end up in a high kill shelter in Riverside. They never bothered to come for him but luckily Save the Dals did! Murphy was not well cared for by his former family as they allowed his nails to become excessively overgrown to the point that one of his dew claws became embedded in the side of his leg and infected. He also had an untreated ear infection. We immediately took Murphy in to our vet and had his nails trimmed, the wound from his dew claw cleaned and got him some antibiotics and ear medication. Murphy is feeling so much better now and would love to become part of a family that takes excellent care of their four legged friends. Murphy gets along with some other dogs and seems to love kids. No cats. We strongly prefer applicants who live in the Southern California area. We do not ship dogs.

Adoption fees range from $275 to $400. The lower end is charged for older dogs and the higher end is for puppies or young dogs.
