My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BO is a 1 year old neutered black male who weighs 50 pounds. He's a sweet, young guy whose owner gave him up because "he just could not handle" him anymore. How sad! He is young and eager to please, just needs a little guidance and training. He likes other dogs but is a little timid of them at first. He is learning to walk on leash and is keeping his run clean. He especially likes Thunder, another young puppy at the vet with him. He's approved for kids aged 8+.

Update (8/09): Happy rainy day to all. Today we have been playing inside alot and it's also been a good sleep in day too. I have enjoyed cuddling in bed with my foster dad and I now trust them to rub my belly. Foster Mom says her goal is to have me turn into an upside down dog. I'm not sure what that is but I know I like pleasing my family. Guess what!?! My profile is going to be changed to I'm good with cats and approved for children 8 & up! I've been a really good boy with both Autumn and Brenden. I'm great with other dogs and love to play with Brenden. Isn't that exciting?
Love, Bo

Update (8/02): Bo Knows ... Hi everyone. Thought I would check in today and tell you what's going on. I'm starting to settle in and feeling a little more comfortable. Foster Mom has been working with me so that I can relax. Today Brenden, he's 8, went out in the backyard and we played ball. I really like balls. I found a squeaky tennis ball last night and got to play a game of fetch.

I've been a little shy about eating but Foster Mom says that's because I'm a little distracted by everything that is going on. She says I'm hormonal (whatever that means). I was neutered on July 24th and I heard her say a few more weeks and I will be better. I do like peanut butter so Reese, Belle, & I got to share a spoonful today. Well I need to go take my nap. Love, Bo
