Jasper is a red & white boy who was found as a stray in 2014. He was adopted out to a loving home and is now being returned due to his owner going to assisted living. He has lived in a home for the past 3 years with another dog (BHRG Delia who is also being returned.) Jasper needs a foster or forever home.
