Here's what the humans have to say about me:
(ID #398) Hi, my name is Ozzie.
I am a six year old Terrier mix. I have been adopted and returned to the shelter several times now. People think I am so cute that they ignore the staff when they are told that I need to be the ONLY animal in the house with NO kids.
At least here at the shelter I have my basic needs met, like food and water plus a roof over my head. However, I am longing to find my forever home. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me?? Come and have a meet-n-greet with me.
I am still a young fellow at heart and I weigh around 30 pounds. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and neutered. I received a set of preventative shots, have been wormed, and tested negative for heartworms. I have also been microchipped.
I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. You will receive a Rebate Certificate that can be used towards payment of a training course with the trainer of your choice. Sheltered Paws will rebate back to you a dollar value up to but not to exceed $100.00.
You can contact my friend, Kathie by emailing dog_picture@yahoo.com for more information on how I can become part of your family.
