Harper was abandoned at a grooming shop in South Korean when he was just four months old. The groomer kept Harper and his brother Ryder for four months, waiting for their family to return. The family never returned and now Harper is looking for a new home. Harper is an eight month old mini poodle. He is looking for a home without children under 15 years old.
