This gorgeous girl is CAMMI a beautiful Chocolate Lab/Boxer Mix. Cammi is approx 13 months old, and has the most wonderful temperament and beautiful features. Cammi is blessed with stunning good looks, gorgeous white teeth, a lovely soft coat with beautiful soulful brown eyes that just melt your heart
CAMMI`S story >>>> Cammi had a rough start to her life, she was purchased as a puppy at 8 weeks old. Cammi s mom was disabled her mom loved her but found as she got older there was no way she could handle her she did not have the capability to walk or exercise her. Cammi`s dad did not like her from day one and refused to help. Cammi lived in a town house where there was no yard. Her mom reached out to a trainer but with no help to carry out the activities and at the orders of dad Cammi was placed in the local shelter.
Lifeline pulled this adorable girl and brought her into foster for evaluation, we were pleased with the outcome, Cammi is a happy girl and fits in well with the others. The first thing we did was to let her loose and just let her run and have freedom. Cammi is still a puppy so she has a lot of energy and at times can be Hyper she loves to run & play anything energetic and Cammi is there a chance to run and play she gets excited. She is also very loving not a mean bone in this girls body.
Since she has been with us she has learn`t to swim and adores the water, she is smart and a fast learner she will climb the ladder on the pool just to swim.She loves to be around humans and enjoys her new found love and attention.
We are now searching for a wonderful forever home for her. A home that will give her stability, Love & security she needs.
Cammi so lovable she deserves a family that will invest time with her, She will warm to you and melt your heart. she does go for walks, she is not great on the leash a bit of a puller so a strong hand is needed. She has been taught some commands sit, down stay and we are working on others , she is energetic, fun and playful. she likes the car but can be a little back and forth before settling. Cammi is house trained she will go to the door when she needs potty at the moment she is in a routine with her foster and is taken out regularly, She is intelligent and smart and will easily pick up your routine.
Cammi is energetic so a family that does not work long hours would be perfect, Cammi is not crate trained crating would not work for this girl. She has been left in the house with the others and she is fine
At night time she will sleep on a sofa or a bed however she just loves to cuddle on your bed she loves to be close to her humans a typical Velcro girl.she does get excited when she sees you and we have noticed a little inappropriate chewing at times only with toys no furniture we have been working on that and she is much better but it does need some more work. Cammi although she looks large is still very much a puppy so she will still need a firm hand and discipline her manners are not the best. Cammi loves children other dogs and she is fine around cats. Cammi tends to get curious and can be boisterous.She is happiest being in a family environment and enjoying freedom to run outdoors and relax with you in the home. We are looking to find Cammi a wonderful forever home where she can have stability and security in her life.We are looking for a forever home that can cherish her and give her the love and attention she needs, A family that is really stable and can give her that forever home that means forever. We don't want to ever find this girl back in a shelter.
Cammi is spayed, current on all vaccinations heart worm negative and she is micro.chipped.
Cammi is so lovable, she is good with children because of her energy we would advise older children. Small children would most likely get knocked over. A family that will include her in their lifestyle and activities would be perfect Cammi will only get better with the right interaction. Someone that is at home most of the day would be perfect for Cammi She dosent like to be apart from you for hours on end.
A home with a fenced in yard or acreage where she can run and play is ESSENTIAL. She would love another dog as a companion, she is a great playmate. Or she would be fine as an only dog with lots of family interaction. With a little more training Cammi will be the perfect dog.
