Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This dog is being fostered in Dallas, Texas and must be adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or Oklahoma City area.
NAME: Cami
GENDER: Female (Spayed)
AGE: About 1 years
WEIGHT: About 4.75 pounds
DOGS/CATS: Great with other small dogs, Unsure on cats
CHILDREN: Recommend in an all adult home
Meet beautiful Cami. The name Cami means "That of a rare kind. A blessing; never a curse." This describes this little girl perfectly.
Cami is a petite 4.75 pounds. She was picked up as a stray, and was a bit thin, so her perfect weight may be close to 5.75 pounds! In any case, she is a tiny little girl. But her heart and love are huge, and she is ready to find a forever family to share her love with.
Cami is primarily white, with brown patches throughout her body. She is super friendly and enjoys the other small dogs in her foster home. Cami has alot of energy and enjoys playing with her foster siblings. She also loves to play with toys, and to chew on her nyla-bone. Cami's personality really comes out as she plays with other dogs and toys. So if you enjoy playful activity, you will love Cami.
After a day of playing, Cami loves for her human to come home so she can cuddle up on your lap. Cami loves people, and wants to share her life and her love with you. She gets along great with the other small dogs in her foster home, and would be good as part of the pack or as an only dog (but as much as she likes to play, she would probably prefer to have at least one other small dog around).
Cami is very smart. She is pee pee pad trained and almost completely potty trained in just 7 days in her foster home. We are also beginning to put her in a harness and take her for walks and she is catching on very quickly. Cami loves going out into the back yard and laying in the sun. Because of her tiny size, you will want to be out in the yard with her to protect her (there are cases of larger birds such as hawks snatching tiny dogs less than 5 pounds and flying off with them). Cami will be a super family member.
Cami is about 1 year old and has a wonderful energy level (enjoys activity, then loves to cuddle). Because of her tiny size, Cami needs to be in an all adult home (or one with older children). You are going to love this little girl.
Cami is spayed, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative and on heartworm prevention. She is ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?
