Monette's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Monette's Story...
Monette is an 8mo old female. She is a very sweet little girl and will make a great single kitty or a companion to your teenage kitten. She can entertain everyone for hours. She gets into the toy box and pulls out the toys she wants to play with, of course the other cats are right there to chase what she digs out. She throws toys in the air, she chases the balls and slides into walls. She is such a delight. She will do best with NO DOGS and NO YOUNG CHILDREN.

To start the adoption process please fill out the Cat Questionnaire at www.ajsbestfriends.org

You can see this kitty by Appointment Only, but not until we receive the application.

Thank you for thinking rescue and adoption....and for saving a life. It will be the best gift you ever give yourself.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Monette, a Gilbert Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
