Shelley's Story...
Hi!!! Hello!!! My name is Shelley! I'm a spunky litle lady whose estimated birthday is September, 2012. I was found lost as a stray in Green Bay, WI in the fall of 2013. When my owner never came to claim me, Happily Ever After said that I could make their Sanctuary my home until I found a new forever home! I'm a very active girl who loves going for walks and swimming in my kiddie pool. I also loove it when I get treat-stuffed Kongs and chewie snacks! Yum! The folks here at HEA have been working on me with my manners so that I don't always jump up on people when I'm excited to see them. I've been doing super duper well with that because I'm a super smart dog! If you are looking for a happy-go-lucky companion to share your heart and home with, then please don't pass me by! Cute faces like this don't come along everyday, now do they?! Kisses, Shelley **PS: You may recognize me as "AC644" on Packerland Veterinary Center's Green Bay Lost Pets website!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shelley, a Marion French Bulldog/English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a French Bulldog/English Bulldog for sale in Marion, or seeking a French Bulldog/English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Marion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even French Bulldog/English Bulldog breeders who help with French Bulldog/English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marion paves the way for another one to be saved.
