My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I hurt both a front and rear leg last week racing, so I was allowed to leave the track and become a pet. I didn't know what that meant, but I'm a happy guy who's pretty much up for anything.

I ended up at a house with a nice lady who pets me and plays with me. She has a BIG back yard too. She says I'll be able to run and play whenever I want as soon as my legs feel better. I'm pretty content just snoozing on a dog bed near her feet for now... I'd love to snooze at your feet and play in your back yard. Just fill out one of those adoption applications thingies. Then we'll both be happy.

Whiskey is a 2 1/2 year red brindle, who had just a few races before he was injured. He is now in foster and appears to do well with small dogs,but may need some work with cats. Whiskey is a very sweet and friendly dog.
