Sid is a male Poodle/Terrier mix approximately 2 years in age. He is a nice sturdy size, weighing in at 18 pounds full grown. Sid has been professionally groomed and has beautiful, soft black curls with silver and brown highlights. He currently has a shorter summer cut. When his coat grows out and with proper grooming, he is going to be stunning. Sid is non-shedding and he is housebroken. Sid is a delightful young dog and a true joy to have around. He walks great on leash and is a good boy in public. Sid has an affectionate, gentle, devoted personality and will give you his whole heart and unconditional love. He adores being stroked on the head and is very interactive with people. He really likes joining the daily family life and is the kind of dog you can take anywhere and include in all your activities. The park, dog beach, shopping, camping, Sid would love to do all of the above! He is good with other dogs and enjoys playing with dogs his size. He also loves playing with toys. He has such a wonderful, loving heart of gold. Sid was brought in to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter in a shocking state of neglect. This sweet boy deserves so much better and is going to make an outstanding pet and companion. Sid is a great all-around dog! Sid is ready for his new forever home today.

Sid’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.

Sid is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Lynda, Eric and Lisa and is ready for his forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SID, a Newport Beach Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
