Farrah's Story...
Farrah came to us from a shelter in KY after a difficult start. She was incredibly skittish and nervous, but always had the most loving expression in her eyes. There isn't a mean bone in her little body and from the get go, Farrah has longed to trust and be loved. In foster care, she has absolutely blossomed. She loves other dogs and cats, and warms up quickly to new people. She is eager to trust and she has gradually been exposed to new situations bit by bit. While loud noises or unfamiliar sensations still startle her, she has made huge strides and continues to grow and gain confidence. She will be the perfect companion and will provide endless love and affection in her forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Farrah, a East Thetford Husky/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in East Thetford, or seeking a Husky/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in East Thetford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Thetford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Thetford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Thetford paves the way for another one to be saved.
