Rudy's Story...
Meet Rudy. HE NEEDS A HOME!!! He has no idea how he ended up on doggie death row and just wants to be somebody's best friend. He's a medium/large hound mix, about 1- 1.5 years old. So far he's a little nervous but one of the sweetest and most loyal dogs I've met. Is anyone looking for a wonderful canine friend? I adopted my last foster and can't adopt another dog, but I can tell Rudy is a very special boy.

Act quickly to adopt Rudy. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rudy, a Hearne Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Hearne, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Hearne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hearne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hearne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hearne paves the way for another one to be saved.
