Haven (POM)'s Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Haven (POM)'s Story...
Haven and her siblings were drop offs at a local kill shelter. The rescue got them out quick and into a great foster home! They appear to be boxer/shepherd (?) mixes but we didn't get parents dropped off with them so there is no way to know for sure. They are ten weeks old (July 24) and in the 12 lb range so we think they will grow to be medium size dogs. All of them are super friendly and happy...they love people and they love other pets too! They are spayed and neutered and ready to come to their new home the weekend of August 9th when their next set of puppy shots is complete. If you'd like to adopt one of these cuties please apply!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Haven (POM), a Plainfield Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
